SEAT (Southeast Area Transit) Bus

The SEAT bus system serves the towns of East Lyme, Griswold, Groton, Ledyard, Montville, New London, Norwich, Stonington and Waterford.

SEAT is a multi-municipal public agency operating a safe, effective and outstanding regional public transportation system, linked to intermodal resources. The SEAT bus system enhances the quality of life for all that work, live and visit in Southeastern Connecticut.

HOW TO USE THE SEAT BUS SYSTEM -- Flag-down System -- The bus will not stop at a location if passenger safety is at risk

You'll find everything from the perfect 'starters' to wonderful deli sandwiches (with names like The Fulton Market, The Hanover Street, The Delancy Street, South St. Seaport!).
